Free Ticket Eligibility, Application and Ticket Use Terms
Registration
1. In order to be eligible to register to apply for free tickets to the One Love Manchester Ariana Grande & Friends concert taking place at Emirates Stadium, Manchester on 4 June 2017 (“Benefit Concert”), you must meet the following criteria:
a. You must have attended the Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena on 22 May 2017 (“22 May Concert”); and
b. You must be able to provide full booking information to evidence the purchase of tickets to the 22 May Concert from one of the official primary ticket agents (i.e. Ticketmaster, Eventim, See Tickets or Manchester Arena Box Office) or from Seatwave or GetMeIn! or Viagogo or Stubhub or Twickets.
2. You do not need to have been the person to have made the original ticket booking to the 22 May Concert. However, there is a maximum of one registration per eligible booking (“Booking”). Therefore, if multiple persons register under the same Booking, only one registration will be valid.
3. To register to apply for free tickets to the Benefit Concert you must visit the registration page at URL and fill out all the requested data fields accurately before 13:59:59 BST on Thursday 1 June 2017 (“Closing Time”). PLEASE NOTE: if you fail to register by the Closing Time, you will no longer be eligible to register to apply for free tickets to the Benefit Concert.
4. By registering, entrants warrant and represent that they meet the eligibility criteria set out above.
Application for Free Tickets
5. Following the Closing Time, we will verify each entrant’s eligibility. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be required from entrants. Entries with the same Booking reference number will be de-duplicated.
6. Entrants who meet the eligibility criteria will be sent a unique link which they may use to apply for free tickets to the Benefit Concert. Simply follow the instructions once you have clicked on the unique link.
7. Please note, each valid registration made will grant the entrant the ability to apply for free tickets up to the number of tickets which were originally purchased under the Booking for the 22 May Concert. For example, entrants whose Booking comprised of 4 tickets to the 22 May Concert will be able to apply for up to 4 free tickets for the Benefit Concert.
8. Eligible entrants who receive a unique link must make their application for free tickets before 08:59 BST on Friday 2 June 2017. After this time, the unique links will automatically expire and it will not be possible to apply for free tickets, even if entrants are eligible.
Restrictions on Use of Free Tickets
9. Free tickets to the Benefit Concert (hereafter, “Tickets”) are strictly only to be used by eligible entrants that have gone through the application process to obtain the Tickets, and their guests.
10. Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable in any circumstances.
11. It is also strictly forbidden to sell or resell Tickets or to use them for any kind of commercial gain.
12. Tickets may not be combined with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package. Nor may Tickets be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes.
13. Failure to comply with any of the restrictions on the Tickets set out above may result in Tickets being rendered null and void, and such Tickets will not be eligible for entry to the Benefit Concert.
General
14. This registration and Ticket application process shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
15. Ticketmaster UK Limited of Regent Arcade House, 19-25 Argyll Street, London W1F 7TS is the administrator of this registration and Ticket application process.
16. Entrants personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy, available at http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/legal/privacy.html. We will also share your data and the Booking data with the relevant ticket agent, in order to verify your eligibility. They will process your data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
